Warranty Period:
Website www.4x4line.de offers a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery on all products.
Warranty Coverage:
The seller will repair any physical defects free of charge if reported within 24 months from delivery.
Defect Resolution:
At the seller’s discretion, defect resolution may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Repair Timeframe:
Defects will be resolved promptly, within 60 days of receiving the defective product. This period may be extended due to the nature of the defect, repair method, or technical reasons. Customers will be informed of any extension.
Warranty Scope:
The warranty covers defects arising from inherent issues in the product.

Important:
All returns must be pre-approved by the www.4x4line.de support team before shipping.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear or product degradation from normal use.
- Damage or breakage caused during use or by customer negligence.
- Damage resulting from:
- Unauthorized opening or repair attempts.
- Modification, removal, adjustment, or replacement of product parts.
- Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
- Continued use after malfunction causing further damage.
- Mechanical damage caused by the customer.
- Repairs performed by the customer.
- Damage due to fire, flood, high temperature, chemicals, or other external factors.
Note: Warranty becomes void immediately if the above exclusions apply. Compensation is not available in these cases.
Customers may still contact us to purchase spare or replacement parts. Charges will include the cost of parts plus shipping fees.
