1.3 These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of clients and the Seller as the operator of the online shop.
1.4 The Seller is the administrator of personal data processed according to the privacy policy published on the website. Providing personal data is voluntary. The owner ensures secure data processing solely for the purpose of fulfilling contracts.
2. Definitions
- Seller/Owner: The company operating the online shop, 4X4OK EUROPE Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw.
- Online Shop: The website www.4x4line.de operated by the Seller.
- Customer: Any individual or organization purchasing products from the shop.
- Customer Account: A section with information about completed transactions and order processing.
- Newsletter: Periodic electronic updates sent by email about products, offers, and promotions.
- Product: Any physical item available for purchase on the website.
- Order: A formal request made by a customer to purchase a product.
- Terms and Conditions: This document outlining rules for using the online shop.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Shipping Method and Delivery Times
4.1 Shipping charges depend on product weight, size, and selected shipping option. They are calculated at checkout and updated for each added item.
4.2 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days; no shipping on weekends or holidays.
4.3 Delivery from the USA to Romania is via express couriers such as FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS, with typical delivery in 8–12 working days. Large or heavy items may be shipped by sea freight, taking 35–50 working days.
4.4 The Seller bears responsibility for loss or damage until the Customer receives the goods unless the Customer chooses an alternative delivery method.
4.5 Tracking information is emailed after shipment. Orders can be tracked on the website using the Order ID.
5. Payment Methods
- Payment by wire transfer to the Seller’s bank account.
- Electronic payments and credit card payments via online systems.
6. Prices
- Prices on the website are in Polish zloty (PLN), excluding VAT and customs duties.
- Shipping costs are added at checkout.
- Prices are non-binding invitations to purchase.
7. Newsletter Subscription
- Customers may subscribe to receive emails with news and promotions.
- Subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled anytime.
8. Right of Withdrawal
- Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

- Returned goods must be in original condition.
- The Customer bears the cost of return shipping unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
- Exceptions to withdrawal rights include customized, perishable, sealed (opened), or personalized products.
9. Warranty and Notice of Defect
- Products come with a minimum 12-month warranty; specific warranty terms depend on product and brand.
- The Seller is not liable if the Customer was aware of defects at contract conclusion.
- Defects can be reported in writing to the Seller’s address or email.
- Complaints will be answered within 14 calendar days; failure to respond is considered acceptance.
- Defective products must be returned at the Seller’s expense.
- If repair or replacement is not possible, the Customer may request price reduction or contract withdrawal.
- Upon withdrawal, the Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the product.
